TouchIT Technologies Releases New Features for its HID Interactive Whiteboards
20 October 2009, London, TouchIT Technologies™, a newly founded manufacturer of high quality touch-based visual communication products has released an update to its interactive software allowing integrated handwriting recognition and annotation capabilities inside of Microsoft Office applications. “We’ve been developing our software features in conjunction with our hardware and the feedback we recieved from the market was that they were asking for this functionality” remarked Andi Brabin, Director at TouchIT Technologies. “It is a real step forward for our software “ he added.
The features are available through additional toolbars that can be accessed from the Desktop annotation mode. The handwriting recognition is available in 9 languages, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal) are all supported.
TouchIT Technologies will make this update available to all users of the HID Interactive Whiteboard. Check your serial number for compatability. The update can be downloaded from the website in the 'Downloads' section
